Freight and delivery questions

The checkout freight rate applies to eligible delivery states. Before placing your order, confirm delivery timing and whether the quoted service meets your unloading needs.

Plan your delivery

Measure your doorway, delivery route, and installation space. Tell us whether the delivery address is a business or residence and whether a forklift or loading dock is available. Ask us to confirm liftgate needs, unloading arrangements, assembly requirements, and any applicable warranty terms before ordering.

Damage and returns

All purchases are final and cannot be canceled. Damage claims require inspection at delivery and documented evidence. Refund or replacement applies only when documented damage was caused by Prime Showcase or the carrier and the issue cannot be resolved after repair, replacement, or the applicable carrier claim process.
