Available U.S. stock uses fixed freight rates shown at checkout. For the humidor cabinet, freight for eligible delivery states ranges from $225 to $500; your exact rate is shown at checkout.
Preorders
All purchases are final and cannot be canceled. Preorder items offer free shipping with a timeline of 50-60 days. Minimum order: 2 humidors or 3 metal LED display cabinets.
Logistics & Delivery Requirements
All purchases are final and cannot be canceled. Prior to ordering, please verify doorway clearance, address type (business or residential), and availability of a forklift or loading dock. Contact us before ordering to confirm liftgate and unloading requirements.
Returns & Refunds
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final and cannot be canceled. Glass showcases, cabinets and humidors are non-returnable once sold. Refunds are not issued for change of mind or incorrectly assessed space.
Damaged Goods Policy
While we do not offer standard returns, we ensure documented damage is handled professionally according to freight policies:
Inspect your order at delivery and document any damage with photographs and delivery paperwork. Report damage within 24 hours. Refund or replacement applies only when documented damage was caused by Prime Showcase or the carrier and the issue cannot be resolved after repair, replacement, or the applicable carrier claim process.
